Finally! Someone posted a video explaining the pickup selector switch to tell me what artists use what position. Said. No. One. Ever. You pick the sound you want to make at any one point in time. Period. Such a pretentious time-suck video.

Wrong. Hendrix played with a 3-way switched and parked the switch between the clicks to get the tone srv and others copied.
