About your pick grip, it's confusing because the way you explain and show that you hold the pick is clearly different from how it looks when you're actually playing.
You show holding it between your first and second knuckle on the index finger with it sticking straight out but when you're actually playing; it's seemingly resting more so on your first knuckle and the tip of the pick seems to point in the same direction as your knuckle.
If I hold the pick like you demonstrate then I have to curl my wrist to get the right angle. I recommend showing your pick grip from a top down (POV) view in the future as people don't see their pick grip from a third person perspective.
