  • Scott I would love to see you do a review on the G&L – USA Kiloton 4 and compare it to a high quality PBass like that Custom Shop.
I mean they are basically cousins !!!

  • Hi dear Scott´s teacher ! Today I discovered this video. Congratulations for the description; I have a question: Whic ampli do you use in this perfomance ? Greetings from Argentina !

  • What is it called when you have multiple layers of finishes showing? The sunburst, candy apple, and oly white layering is great.

  • I love Precision Basses; – thank U Scott for this video. Sorry I'm 8 years late. The P-Bass is the one that I will pull out of the car's trunk when I'm uncertain what the gig calls for. Hope you're Holiday Season is going well!

  • You were asking from 3 yrs ago do I prefer p bass or jazz bass I m just getting into playing bass after 30 years of writing successful commercial pop hits but I'm only just testing it I bought a " artist" p and j bass " I did spend 8000 AUD on a fender precision road worn piino bass even though I'd love one anyone can spend money it's harder to make money

  • Hi Scott! First, your groove is so cool ????you made me fall in love with the precision bass. Second, i want to ask if you are using any effects to make this beautiful sound ????????

  • That was great to watch. Historical information correct or not it’s very nice to hear your opinions through enthusiasm. Even for the vintage guitar historian it’s refreshing to hear the musicians perspective. Love your style of playing by the way.

  • Early on in my bass journey I recognized the role and the importance of the Precision but I just could never find one that played well. I had a '59 Reissue with maple board for quite a while but we never jelled. I knew then that I needed to look for a rosewood board. I finally found The One in a 1990 MIJ '62 Reissue. They're out there, you just have to find them.

  • I am getting a p bass in the near future. I've been a devout jazz bass guy forever. However I'm going to take the plunge, I've really been digging the wooden thump of the p bass for a while now. So I'm making the switch

  • Dang, your channel has came such a long way Scott its incredible to see the progress and look at where everything is at now! Specially as someone who’s been watching from the beginning. Also, I’ve always loved that Pbass. What’s a custom shop reissue cost, and did you buy it brand new?

  • I've never understood why people pay so much money for guitars that look beat to shit. It's kinda like buying jeans with holes in them. What's the point?

  • Hey man! Really enjoy your videos! I am a guitar player that turned bass player. I've got a p bass kit bass loaded with emg's and it looks almost identical to the one in this video. I watch a lot of your videos and they really help me out. Got my first show in less than a month. It will be my first time playing a bass live and the first time I've performed in 10 years. Thanks for the tips and advice!
