Yeah, in all your comparison videos there is no "one is better than the other" These are literally just showcasing the sounds by contrasting the differences. Proof right there that if you want a sonic pallet, you really do need at least two types of guitars

La potencia que le da una les Paul el sonido agresivo al usar distorsión no hay otra guitarra igual Pero la strato se puede tocar todos los estilos y queda bien ambas son muy buenas guitarras tienen muy buen sonido Pero a preferencia que no es la de todos me gusta la strato más aunque si tuvieron dinero me compraría las dos

Great demo man . The strat has its place and very versatile but less alive the set neck and constructed from only 2 or 3 planks brings nuances and harmonic lively tone plus I like to rock plugged straight into a crusty Fender 5E5 pro clone , the Paul w humbuckers and p90's pushes it hard w no need of pedals but the pro has 2 10s reissue Jensons ????

Perso j'ai les deux : Gibson LP standard USA gold top (pas tribute) avec les micro bursbuckers et Strat USA 1993 touche palissandre avec micros samarium cobalt et la différence est beaucoup plus marquée vraiment deux mondes complémentaires, mais malgré tout la Strat est plus agréable à jouer plus confortable et bien équilibrée et plus légère et plus étendue au niveau des positions de micros la Gibson envoie fort et profond plus de sustain mais son clean comme pour Pink Floyd c'est Strat sans discussion possible 🙂 le rêve d'avoir les deux 🙂

I find the Strat to sound more musical in about ever example although i find the middle pickup on a Strat to be far closer to the sound of a Les Paul's bridge humbucker than the bridge pickup of a Strat is

So, aparently, my guitar is occupying too much of my headspace. No joke. Possibly headspace reserved for our Lord Jesus Christ. Nobody else is really more worthy of that headspace than my guitar. Right?

The Les Paul has a superior sound, and I'm not just talking about the processed tone as heard in this video, but the mere fact that there's no massive BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ noise the second you plug it in, because it has double-coil humbuckers unlike the Strat's single coils. An obvious defect, and knowing that manufacturers like Ibanez make superstrats with humbucks should speak for itself.
Nevertheless, the Les Paul, while much more resembling an actual acoustic guitar, obviously has an inferior body, as it is heavier and has no top cutaway.
Gibson forever
I prefer the Gibson sound, but you can't go wrong with a Strat.
I would say the LP has overall a warmer, more muted yet also fatter sound. The Fender a more sharp and clearer/cleaner sound.

Okay, we can summarize: distorted Strat is the choice, clean the Gibson is better.
Alsways been my curse. I love Gibsons for the looks and feel, but damn me, Strats sound so good.
I prefer my Ibinez with the gain turned right up, sounds wayyy better.
I’m a Fender guy. The Telecaster and Stratocaster signature sounds are so iconic.
