im learning as you speak but i think you made a mistake at 5:50 circa, you showd the circle of fifths but the A is replaced by a F for some reason, idk if im not understanding or if its just a mistake because you showd C D E F G F B C insted of C D E F G A B C

I think knowing music theory and jumping to guitar from years on another instrument makes this so much easier; i honestly started noodling with scales because i learned that way from trumpet. I don’t do well with the tabs or dots or anything that is guitar specific

for some reason, I can easily translate the upside down graphic, but the physical guitar being played upside down is really breaking my brain, even though it's essentially the same thing!

So to really simplify the fretboard, it's just the letters A to G, with every letter having a sharp and flat except B to C and E to F.

For me, an intermediate level player, this is not a clear and easy way of trying to learn the fretboard.
I've always wanted to play but my fat fingers, ADHD, and lystdexia make watching this scary as hell!
