  • Do you think you should stretch after you're done?
    Btw running hot water on your hands before starting is a great way to get your blood flowing, great vid and thx!

  • Nope, you can jump right in. Sometimes I do a few other stretches in addition to these first, like my shoulders, back, etc, but these 3 are the absolutely vital ones. Sometimes I also do a few of these twice, if I don't feel like my muscles are fully stretched or loose enough yet.
