Maj7(#5) Arpeggio Jazz Guitar Lick for Altered Dominant Chords

This lick uses one of my formulaic “guitar hack” tricks. If you play a Maj7(#5) arpeggio starting on the 3rd of an altered dominant chord, you hit all the cool notes. It’s a lot easier than it sounds, and gives you an slick way to get around altered changes.
