  • These guys need some palindrometers for those empty spaces. They even have them in 500 series format now the things are hillarious

  • This can't be a coincidence. I've been thinking about setting up shop in that building for years, its just a little over my priced range. Hope they took you to Syrena Bakery, I love their bagels ????.

  • Amazing studio with some beautiful daylighting and a comfortable vibe. And such wonderful storytellers with a rich history!

  • Hello Commenters, thank you for watching Andrew's video about our space. Our commercial building on Norman Ave has 68 units on 5 floors. They are not that large but when the building was cut up converted from a factory to commercial work spaces the bathrooms were all made a little larger than a typical half bath with a sink and a toilet in Brooklyn would be. Of all the units that I've visited in the building including other recording studios, mastering studios, film techs, prop rentals, architects and so on every one has had some form of storage in the bathroom usually with a little refrigerator and a coffee/tea rig of some kind. I shouldn't have used the word "kitchen" because there's no food prep going on in there. It's not a kitchen. Now leaving the seat up? That's on me! Thanks again for watching the video.

  • I’m sitting here recording… And I’m like looking up at this API ???? here- that has to be Mr. Masters???????? this is awesome Dude. I love when you do these! Maybe when I get my studio done in Palm Beach… I can have you come down here on the water and do a studio tour for me ???? – these boys got their stuff together. I love that desk. The custom build out is dope. I mean, that whole room is just Gator.

  • The Marshall Studio JTM is great too. The best Fender that Marshall make 😉 Seems like plenty of Nashville session players like Tom Bukovac and others are big fans of the JTM. I love mine, loads of character.

  • So a toilet in a kitchen…? That is disturbing ! And the lid is up !! So someone takes a dump, then a wonderful aroma while you prepare your lunch or make a coffee, not to mention floating fecal matter !! Disgusting, otherwise…nice studio.

  • I had a wonderful experience tracking here recently with Roscoe and Mario. The new board and monitors seemed to kick it up a notch, and it was already operating at a high level! Cheers and many more years, Cowboy Technical Services!

  • I love Eric Ambel and Tim Hatfield!!

I've known them both for decades; they're straight shooters, so to speak.
    I'm glad they've got a new facility!

  • Do these studios make money? These are questions I never hear answered in these videos. Beautiful studio, but I wish these owners had the balls to talk about their P&L's. Otherwise these videos are very opulent, pleasant, and well made Gear P*rn

  • lol any NYC kids who were in bands in the 90's will know the Lakeside Lounge

It was one of the classic "places that will let anyone play" in the Village/LES. (Like Parkside Lounge, Nightengales, Arlene's Grocery, etc) And also let anyone drink. Those 2 things tended to go together. So it was a hot spot for the metro 18-20 crowd. Great memories. Occasionally not-entirely horrible bands. (including our own) I think the pre-album strokes guys played there, and other 'very young at the time' local bands like Moony Suzuki and Jonathan Fire Eater (before they became the Walkmen). But the bar had kind of an alt-country/rockabilly/singer songwriter thing too. My friend Butch played there a lot.
