This dude really turned up the tone all the way????not a great demo
He was playing that 60's Jazz with the tone just over halfway and it still sounded far too treble-y.
A demo where the player either has shorter nails or fixes the amp EQ would give you a much better idea of how that bass sounds.
Squier bronco bass – kinda smaller
Affinity precision bass pj – precision and jazz and more colors
Squier classic vibe 60’ jazz bass. – best bass for beginners and is more money
Squire just screwed up with the crazy price hikes.
Same with Fender basses. There is so much in the market and these insane prices are going to hurt the company.

Right from the get go it's evident that the sound in this video is not up to Standard. These Instruments can sound much better without it taking a lot of skill. Not a good choice on the player, fender!

Sorry, this demo is not great. This guy sounds like a six-string guitarist, neither the technique nor examples make the best of these instruments.
I have a Mustang PJ short scale and happy with it. With my small hands and getting older think short scale will be my bass for a while, and I love that surf green with pau ferro. Thanks Fender!
