I have the Super Badass Distortion and I LOVE IT!! I set the gain at around 7 (2 O' clock) , Bass at about 4 (11 O' clock) , Mids at noon and Treble at like 7 (2 O' clock) and it sounds great!! I play kinda thrashy punk rock, so all I run on my pedal board is a tuner, The Super Badass pedal, a clean boost to boost my volume a little for solos (2 guitar band) and an old Rocktron Hush pedal to get rid of unwanted hum without chocking my tone.
Thanks for this. I'd love to see another updated version. Although I'm a huge MXR fan, I feel like they release at least 4 new od/distortion pedals every six months. Ok, I'm exaggerating a bit. But this video was done in a fantastic format (description of what each pedal circuit is trying to emulate) less (or in this case no) talking, and fiddling with the knobs so you can see what it does. Thank you.

Shinjuku é gordo e não é aspero nem nasal. O prime não faz jus ao Ci tlc2262 que é o segredo dos sansamp nele não melhorou o som seco e nasal
just bought 3 FET Drivers in one week: my designated Jazz pedal with a strat: blueee velvet, thay even have a blue signal light, smooth sailing, SUCH a gem for a pedal: 120€ secondhand, perfect mint condition!

Hi nice video! Just wondering why my MXR Prime Distortion sounds lower in volumen vs my MXR Superbadass. Having the Prime Distortion at the max output it never sounds equivalent to the Superbadass at 9 or 10 am of output volume setting. Any recommendation?
They all sound the same.
My favourite is the il Torino.
