Hi Bryan, first of all, thank you very much for the really informative video. Since there is absolutely no support from TC, I'm just asking you here. I bought a TC HELICON Play Acoustic. Then I installed the VoiceSupport2 software on my Mac (Sequoia 15.5). Nothing works. VoiceSupport2 Update appears (yes or no). If you click yes, the program crashes and a very strange website opens (nginx error). If I click no, the program stays open, but the Play Acoustic is displayed with a question mark and is not recognized. An update is therefore not possible. Any idea what this could be? Can you help me? Also, my device actually doesn't have the feedback notch filter and only has 111 memory slots. Did you create the Harmony Big yourself? It's incredibly great. Thank you very much.

i just got one , i can’t get my guitar to play any sound in my headphones, i’ve been through every post , every setting i could find , , i can’t erase loops while my guitar is plugged in too , it’s a frustrating machine ????, it’s easy for vocals , and just can’t get my guitar to work in headphones, and i checked all of my cords and gear and it all works elsewhere,just not in my pedal ????
Is it also a guitar looper? Just for the guitar?
Mine is a slightly different model,.and I'm having trouble getting my guitar to come out through the machine. Mine is labeled pedal verses guitar for where the quarter inch goes in. I'm not crazy tech savvy as most musicians so I'm having trouble finding where to go to guitar settings on it. What button is that under? My options are genre, setup, effects, favorite, practice, and mix.

Don’t sweat the negative comments. You do great work and I appreciate what you do. I have this pedal and use it for worship with no sound guy and solo performing original Christian songs I write. I would love an in depth video on how to fine tune parameters settings as far as the shelves. I don’t know that much about it. I have the 3 button add on pedal and I use one switch for instant harmony, one for guitar boost, and one for guitar delay. This allows me to toggle in and out of vocal harmonies and use the hit button for a subtle octave lower voice in doubler to give me those bass notes to fill out the spectrum of sound. Being solo a lot, I want to have a full sound and be able to add and remove layers and I found that this setup helps.
You have a fantastic voice… You make me want to start writing again.
Are there any newer "voice pedals" that you guys think are good? Looking for a good way to do some light pitch correct and the occasional voice effect. Thanks

I'm a singer using backing tracks plus (jazz sax flute violinist). I play keyboards but don't want to worry about setting keys. I have a Boss VE20….so what does this do that my VE doesn't?
Also, could I plug my Modx8+ keyboard into it, or will it only work with guitar?

This is exactly why I'm picking one of these up. I figure maybe I'll use it if I record YouTube videos or play out now and then, but my primary use will be worship leading when it's just me up there and my guitar.
EDIT: Picked one up and already started using it for worship leading. Oh by the way, the compression is built in.
Great video. Thank you. Question: If you listen to the pedal through the headphone output, do you hear some digital noise? Also, when you plug the XLR outs to your mixer, set gain levels and listen through headphones from the mixer, do you hear the low level hiss of the TC FX processor?

Witam! mam problem ze swoim urządzeniem TCHELICON play ACUSTIC, próbowałem resetować nie pomogło. Urządzenie nie odtwarza presetów fabrycznych, w ogóle gitara nie zmienia brzmienia!!!.Jeżeli wykonam sobie jakieś brzmienie gitary i je zapisze to odtwarzane jest na wszystkich fabrycznych pesetach. pomórzcie pozdrawiam.

great video. Wish the manufacturer TC Helicon has better support videos on how to use their own products. If not for ~people like you, the novices are left to abandoning the product due to lack of how to use the product. Some of us learn better from show me instead of reading manuals that are poorly written from a learn to use viewpoint

Is there a way to save guitar presets? Or do I have to go into guitar fx for every song lets say, if I want to add some more chorus or reverb to my guitar sound?
