  • I am using godin session guitar for last 10-12 years .
and i want to say few things
    1. It gets detuned easily
    2. i felt fret is a bit narrow
    3. Its alote heavy

    pros
    1. Beautiful pickups
    2. You can get very versetile tone from this

  • I bought this exact model recently. The video doesn’t do it justice, the look and feel of the thing is top notch and the finish is actually somewhat transparent. So instead of it being just cream it’s got a little character with the wood grain showing through. The back of the neck on mine seems to have a bit of flame figuring too it. My number one guitar atm

  • Great review!!! Thank you for the effort. This truly is an amazing guitar. I have played Godin’s in the past and they do very well. The only negatives 1. Resale value is not that great. 2. The nut is only 1.65, which is perfect for beginners and some old strat players but not for everyone. It’s narrow in comparison to what some players are used to now days. One person mentioned the high notes being difficult to reach. I would not call it difficult at all, just different than a strat

  • I own four Godin's for exactly that reason; absolutely wonderful to play without the big name pricing, I've rarely read a negative review of Godin, and owners who've sold theirs most often regret their decision later on. Outstanding review with excellent tonal examples, thank you!

  • One of the most underrated guitar brands out there. Nothing flashy just great quality and reliability. Great gigging musicians guitars ????

  • I used to have a Godin Session model. It was a very nice guitar but the fret access was very limited in my opinion
