Very good guitar Man????????????
Tom Quayle is a monster guitar player! I watch this not for the pedal, but for Tom's awesome playing ????????
Tom Quail fingerings????
????
Never mind the pedal (have it, no complaints) but this guy is not a good player…..he's a freaking beast on the guitar. OMG.
Read a A lot of reviews stating the pedal is super noisy & recommended a noise gate with it. Your thoughts. Ty.
The bridge pup looks like a Duncan Holdsworth or BroBucker.
Well, I think you demo your playing just as much as the pedal 🙂 You play fantastic and I love listen to it.
Are you using a noise gate? I posted a video on the unit, using a YM Strat and the hiss is strong. Nice Playing and Excellent Demo :-
Yeah. Great sound. Will get me one. Have already the discontinued Combo Drive, don't wanna miss on this one.
Maybe you need a very good amp, mine dont sound that good ????
An actual DEMONSTRATION of a pedal. Not somebody excessively talking, wanking, or showcasing their playing and never changing pedal settings. Great job. Thank you …
Nice Guitar and Great Tone,
Seems this pedal is flawed with noise issues, I ordered one 15 minutes ago ????
Nice guitar and great playing.
If your on a lower gain setting how does it stack together with another pedal for a solo boost?
nice riffs
how about power stack vs Marshall jackhammer?
I've watched several demo videos of this pedal to see if it would work for me. I was hoping to find someone playing tasteful, skilled lead and rhythm through it, and you're it. Thanks much for an excellent and very helpful demo. Fantastic playing!
I have this pedal and there are zero noise issues. Even on Ultra setting. Maybe its your pickups making all that unwanted feedback and not the pedal. I have a Duncan sh-6 in the bridge btw. I do wish this had a mid control though.
What were the settings in the intro?
6:55 holy f@@k
Beautiful guitar playing
which amp are you using? nice demo!
I also use this pedal to add some nice crunch on my Marshall DSL 15h green channel works very well with it
i use this pedal for a a very occasional lead sound in my funk band easily one of the best dirt pedals around
Guitar Interactive have some really good guitar players
So cool your a great player great review
Very good review! This pedal is definitely better than my weird MT-2 for hard rock and metal (or basically anything you'd use a dist. for). I got a modtone speedbox (true bypass as if it mattered..) and an Ibanez SD9M, while those two are also nice versatile distortions, I think I'll be returning them and keeping my power stack. People get a noise gate if you're going to use any high gain distortion! This pedal has a bit more noise than other pedals, but with a noise gate it's fine.
I've been hearing so many good things about this new distortion box. It really has a warm, midrangey, punchy sound — just like a maxed out Marshall stack. It doesn't have that cheesy, buzzy-sounding distortion that a lot of distortion boxes have. This might end up replacing my DS-1 on my pedalboard.
this is not about the amp, lads. it comes from the ST-2. Yeah, I am impressed too
