Great video! The Ivy seems very good for the money! I didn't know that brand.
I don't know if its the recording or the guitar, but there's almost a harsh crackle in the cleans on A. A little bit more brightness perhaps on B. Feels like there are more distinguishable undertones in B's crunch section.
Subjective in many ways though and some upgrades and EQ would probably make up for most of the difference.
One of the biggest differences I've experienced from cheap vs expensive guitars is weight and feel. How's the neck quality? Are the sides down the neck sharp Does the neck material make it harder to play? Is the weight comparable?
The guitars sound different, but both are good. The B-guitar's sound is more resonant and, I would say, rare, if I may say so.

Dave another awesome video and comparison. To my novice ears I was actually able to pick correctly. Although very close, I thought the PRS was slightly cleaner but for the Money the IVY is the buy for me, especially at my talent level, Thanks!
