Does the guitar already have a bone nut and saddle?
Hi, the guitar has a lot of issues with intonation especially after 10th fret. The intonation is so bad that needs a lot of luthier work, then the gloss finish makes the guitar to sound like… compressed..dull… not clear and not good in terms of volume… the pickup really bad…in ad810 everything sounds great but the same pickup in ad880 sounds bad. i DONT RECOMMEND this guitar at all, buy ad810 setup the guitar and its nice. The only good thig is that ad880 looks nice but sounds terrible. Also the frets re too low. Very low that you cant bend easily and neither you can paly fingerstyle cause it sounds so low that nothing is the way you play it. Also i had to change to bone nut up and down, to sandpaper some frets cause they were hitting the previous fret and you coud hear a noise, i tried almost all type of strings, the best are dogal 11, and also the nuts and also the neck has issues..its not straight without tension, and with tension it has a curve between 4th and 9th fret… the setup was extremely deifficult and not even think about hitting a note after 12th fret and have good intonation. Also the b string is the worst and the g also have a lot of problems. I guess or i was very very unlucky or the guitar is so bad. I had very difficult time to play with this guita and i tried so many thing ti make it sound descent that i i dont recommend to anyone. Ad810 on the other hqnd is a really great guitar… no much needed and sounds great for a lot of styles. This guitar ad880 is not for bending.. solos very difficult … chords souds low volume and the intonation really bad.

I'm considering the left handed version of this guitar. I perform live and want a decent guitar in budget price range. I'm getting this online for 16k (the left handed version is costlier). Is the Amp decent enough for live performances?
Should I go for it or there are other good options as well?

I bought and ibanez.. but some notes was awful.. satin finish… I have cort 810 which is great, really great. So i changed the satin laminate ibanez for this guitar… Sounds awful. Like no tuned especially b string, and the frets needed work, and the action low but after 13 fret it was flat tuned and went to half. Note. I dont recommend. Bery beautiful but bery bad sound. Also makes the sound very thin and very heavy guitat. I am disappointed buy i have to make it at its best causw i bought it. I bought he black gloss guita to let u know. Intonation is bad on this guitar.

Err for godsakes buy a guitar tuner it's awfully out of tune or you could use two pappadums to help in the tuning:)

I'm using the same D addario guitar strings as you medium prosphore bronze I think cort acoustic guitars are made for the light gauge strings as the mediums have a bass mid range tone about them which is nice
looks cool and rich with bindings and inlays, sound just ok
