Sound so amazing. Sd1w so more gain❤️❤️. I like that sound
As someone who has tried most of what is out there, these two are still hard to beat. The BD 2 was a go to for decades, the circuit concept matched but not really improved upon.If you have this pair, something like the EQD Plumes, – which does the TS thing but more and better, and a 250 ( or EQD Special Cranker, with optional diodes), you've got the whole basic platform for Boost to Distortion.
If you're having a lot of issues landing on base sounds that appeal to you, it's likely more the given amp and speakers.Pedals can certainly revoice to some extent, and maximalize at lower volumes, but they're not going to address the wrong amp for the job.
I know this guy 15 years ago he was from Lick Library but he puts on a lot weight since haha
cheesy reverb on the guitar…
Please dont lower the guitar volume if your trying to get the full range of the gain.
Do the waza versions have the gain stages nerfed a bit? I have the bd2 and gain at 12 o'clock is pretty blistering
What's not to like with these?
What amp are you using?
You don't think the c stands for custom rather than classic? Ignoring that. many Boss pedals get overlooked today because they've been around so long. Do yourself a favor and take a listen, some of the best pedals ever.
