  • I just got a Donner DST 152 in red I'm waiting for it to come in the mail because I'm modding it with EMG HZ pickups to be exact the 81 85 passive pickups instead of the active ones.

  • I don't know why people make guitar reviews and show them the guitar and tell them that it's an HSS when everybody in the universe can see that it's an HSS. It is a complete waste of time to tell us. Oh, this is a rosewood fingerboard. It's a maple guitar it's popular. We got to know whether you're going to go through and do a proper analysis of this guitar or whether you're just another person trying to make a buck.

  • why in all the videos I see on this guitare people never use the amp that came with the guitar for testing ://

if I buy this kit its because I'll use the amp..

  • I bought this for my son for Christmas . He threw it off the back porch into the snow. He wanted a Gibson. I dug it out and cleaned it off and kept it for myself. It's a nice guitar.

  • Thank you for mentioning the weight of this guitar! As a senior new to the instrument weight is a top consideration. Excellent in depth review! Subscribed.????

  • Using thicker string would require more tension on the spring thus having to tighten the springs pushing them further into the body.

  • I didn't get your thoughts on the vibrato system. It seemed quite smooth though and no tuning issues..?

  • Replace the word “Cheap” with “Less expensive”. Sounds better ya know?

  • Your link takes me to a 39inch guitar. Isn't this not full (adult) size electric guitar? Another thing that concerns me – can you tune it well? I tried many cheap guitars and one thing that did disqualify them was sad fact that you just can't tune them and there was just too mych difference (dissonance) in lets say E vs A vs C vs G open chords. Second thing is: does it stay in tune? What about whammy bar – have you tried it?

  • Does the bridge pickup get a tone control when in position 5 alone?

That coil split is a fantastic feature, to be sure.

  • Does anyone know if these are standard thickness? Are they thin like a squire or thicker like a regular strat

  • Pretty brutal the factory trem work. You’re the only guy I’ve seen looking around in there. I’m thinking of getting this model and trying .10 – .38 strings on it tuned down to Eb and floating trem. Your thoughts? Thx.

  • Totally shocked at how good it sounds. A lot of ceramic pickups don't sound so good, but those do. For sure. Very nice video demo, Thank you!!
