Let's be honest. Home-players arent professional engineers and arent likely owners of truly great sounding amps.
Your stock Blues Jr or JCM800 or something aint worth making captures of. No way.
V2 sounds even scratchier than V1.

IK's Van Halen tone models sound amazing but are still V1. I'm skeptical that "V1" was necessarily the problem.

no offence but the tone sounds horrible no matter what you used, is too frizzy and a lot of resonances
V2 ToneX is better than NAM—not necessarily in terms of tone, but because it uses less CPU and RAM in the DAW.

Don't like tonex for high gain. I do like it for juice up an already high gain tone. But that's it.
The forced automatic translation in a local language has become a real torture. Why ? Stupid meaningless translations, the loss of opportunity to learn a foreign language with a real speech as used in their Country ecc., /// Nah …. this is one of those cases where AI is a pain in the ass. Give us at least the option to choose YT !!!!!
My best results are amp only, I run my 2 notes Captor line out straight into an interface

I think the high gain captures sound like a distortion pedal in real life. Not much like the youtubers captures even after downloading thiers. I feel like people cant really like it, dont know better cause they havent played a good high gain amp and dont want to realuze they wasted thier money on tonex
V2 ToneX is now better to my ears than NAM. Also eats my axefxIII tones????
