  • Best $225 I've ever spent on an acoustic was a California based company…"Orangewood". I purchased the Mahogany Oliver Live back in 2020. Pre- installed was a Fishman pickup. Zero regrets ! All Orangewood's come with either gig bag or hardshell case. Nice instruments…????

  • What's the action like out of the box on the EastCoast M1SM GSM. I'm looking for something to learn fingerstyle on, but I don't want something that's hardly playable. thanks

  • Wonderful video, thanks! I love to get the G guitar, the last one. I hope that's ok to have for an adult beginnerr like me? 🙂

  • Y'all need some Breedlove over in the UK. I adore everything from Breedlove. From my ukes and affordable imports to my 12-string and my US-Built. Respectable pricing, great tone, and glorious looking woods.

  • How are there no Yamahas? It is a travesty to have a best affordable acoustics without any Yamaha, they are literally by far the best acoustic on the market for the money. Especially the affordable ones. I'd even argue any model at ANY comparable price. I LOVE my AC3M deluxe. I walked into Guitar Center to purchase a Taylor 314ce and walked out with the Yamaha. I was blown away.

  • All the guitars in this list should be Yamaha, they are unbeatable in the lower end for both price and playability! And there high end blows away guitars 3 to 5 times the price!

  • I would not buy from China just because they have no respect for copyright law and companies there rip off designs from other countries.

  • This is a very useful video. I was looking for a low cost Acoustic that I could use at work and such, and these options look perfect. However, I was not able to find the EastCoast line sold in the US, so the Gretsch and Recording King might be my best options. Thanks for posting this.

  • Do you offer Craft Guitars?
I tried one in denmark street and it was wonderful for its price!

  • Acoustics with these 2 are what make youtube worthwhile.

Says allot that even in those hands they all sound lackluster XD

  • Faith guitars are some of the best bang for your buck out there and everyone from the least expensive on up are all solid wood

  • No question. The Jim Dandy sounds the best out of all, in my opinion. But they're all plinky when it comes down to it. They've got a sound that can be used, though. Time and place.

  • Can you pleeease do a vid with new strings ??
Every review comes with the comment ‘but put a new set of strings on it !’
Andertons has been my fave for years, I know this isn’t out of the scope of a cool vid you could do for those new guitarists !

  • The guitars at entry price point when we entered were straight up ****. These new instruments today stay in tune and they have tolerable action. Idk how we did it tbh. Our starter instruments were crap. These are so much nicer today. Our kids are spoiled lol

  • I just picked up an art & lutherie roadhouse for $350. Sounds and plays great so I can’t complain. Perfect couch guitar for me.

  • Yamaha is the only budget acoustic brand in my mind, they punch so far above their weight (and price).

  • Could you please make an Eastcoast Blues guitar in the pre-war style? Like an old Stella, parlour sized, wide nut for finger style, 12th fret to body, bonus points for slotted headstock and ladder bracing. There's a gap in the market for a cheap authentic blues guitar, the market is full of narrow 43mm nuts, which isn't what they were playing all that complex fingerstyle and slide on.

  • I am absolutely astonished at how good my Yamaha A1M sounds and plays. I have been playing for 20 years and decided to finally buy myself a "nice" guitar. I went to guitar center with a $3,500 budget, played every acoustic they had and walked out with a 500$ Yamaha.
