Just got my second Furch! Love them!
I have a vintage 3 d-sr which is amazing.. I want a little jane so bad but the price is pretty high for something id use in only certain situations.
I have two of these amazing instruments. I have a Red Series Deluxe and a Vintage 3. I also have a Martin HD28. The colors are based on the spectrum of light dispersed through a prism. A comment was made about who decided why one color is better than another. If you look at the light separation, bule and violet are at the bottom and reds and yellows are at the top. I am guessing that is what the reasoning was behind the grading of the series. Either way, they are all great instruments.
NOT WORTH A PENNY. 1/4/26-No Customer Service. Battery Holder fell off a Brand New Furch (1 month old now). Can't plug into Amp.

So for the standard series the "Quality/Cost" order follows the order of the rainbow itself. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. With Red being the most expensive and Violet being the least. Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vain as I recall it from primary school in England :). Then the Rainbow series is the custom shop as mentioned in this video. Compare these against a similar or higher priced Taylor as I did and you will buy the Furch instead. Quality all round.

I enjoyed this one a lot, thanks guys. Furch seems to be doing everything right. I’m definitely intrigued to try one out for myself. As with any other brand my concerns are about build quality, the quality of the woods used and obviously the way it sounds. Kind of hard to judge those things from a YouTube video so I would advise anyone to try before you buy if at all possible.

I've been a Furch guitar player for over a decade, and I have to admit — the Yellow Series is the only one really worth noticing. The other series are so much worse, I can hardly compare them to top-level instruments from other well known brands. Nevertheless, Furch OM 23 CR is probably the best orchestra-shaped guitar I've ever played, no kidding. It's pure perfection, highly recommended.
"And who decided that one color is better than another?" well in a sense physics did. If you look a the visible light spectrum, sorted by wavelength, starting from shortest to longest wavelength, you will get exactly what Furch is trying to do.. Violet (cheapest), Blue, Green, Yellow, Red (most expensive).

I got a very small soundhole but when I open it everyone around me runs away. Its better to use the soundhole in a Furch guitar…

I was never a fan of guitar.
I never enjoyed playing it, and didn't enjoy the sound and feel of it.
By chance I switched to bass picking one up as a joke and falling in love.
Then I saw Ben on a andertons video.
And found out I didnt like electric guitar ????
