I think I need the Walden guitars due to my name
Name me a guitar that isn’t good for fingerstyle. They all are
The neck on the riversong is very unique. I like the build.
I recently bought a used Walden – and now gigged with it twice – love it
I have the exact same Walden with Rosewood back and sides (G3030RCE). The neck is super comfortable, the slightly wider nut width makes it extremely enjoyable for both fingerstyle and flat picking. It is my go to gigging guitar and is featured on my new CD (which I’m still in the process of recording) along with my Furch Yellow Master’s Choice Gc-CR.
It totally held its own in the studio and is around 3xs less expensive than my Furch.
Very different sounds, which is why I have both, but I love playing them equally! In fact if this exact quality guitar had Taylor on the headstock it would be between 3-5K with its build quality and all the features it has!
Well done description of both guitars. Thanks!
Would you say that the neck profile on the Walden is slim?
