Prefer a ' special', a guitar ain't a guitar unless it's gots a neck pick-up.
Picked one up at a pawn shop $125! Like new. Traded in a squire I picked up for $50 and walked out with the Jr for $75 cash! It’s really great! Nice sound, neck, action, finish, tuners, all great! It’s a keeper rock and roll blues guitar

I hate the neck. I picked one up at guitar center and put right back. The neck is stupidly fat especially at the the body. It sucks.
Would've liked the neck to be bolt-on like some of the most recent Epiphone guitars.
I'd like it in tobacco burst/black or white colors.
Can u get it in left hand? Probably not
If the string tension was different the intonation would be different. I suppose it slightly is though since its never perfectly in tune

I saw Leslie West at the Youngstown Agora playing his sunburst Les Paul Jr.through two full Marshall stacks.
He had no mercy for his Jr.and I actually felt sorry for the guitar.What a show,Mississippi Queen,Nantucket
Sleigh ride,Dreams of Milk and Honey,etc..My ears were ringing for an hour after the show.What a force Leslie West was with a single pickup

pummeled the crowd into submission.Both the Youngstown Agora and Leslie West are gone but never to be forgotten.
I have a 2022 Epi Billie Joe Armstrong Junior with the set neck. I wanted something different and man did I get it. I play it more than my other two Les Pauls. Picking close to the fretboard changes the tone, too, btw. I think folks should just try one out. No extra fiddly knobs, no switches, just your fingers, your ears, and a guitar pick (if you prefer.) Good review.
I’m not sure if this is planned for a video, but they also released a Firebird in Wine Red.

I just got the Epiphone Les Paul Special in TV Yellow with 2 P90 pickups. I thought about the Junior, but decided on the Special. I love these slab body Epiphone guitars.
How many pieces is the guitar body made of?
$429 would be a better more realistic price…imo
Epiphone looks too orange. Don’t know why they can’t get the color correct.
Great guitar! Thanks for all your videos. This is a great value, but for me, on an LPJ, I know it's just looks, but you just can't beat the nitro finish. It just perfectly suits the LPJ. I also like how the bridge is cockeyed on the Gibson.

Gawd , I got a Les Paul special for ninety bucks , installed a switch craft , a Bigsby tremolo , Chicago pots , and Seymour Duncan Black Winter pickups, a bone nut for way cheaper . That said , it is nice looking
Comparison between this guitar and the Larry Carlton model would be interesting.
Sounds amazing. I’m torn between this or just going for the Gibson DC. I just want a single p90. Wish they did a SG Junior again. I shoulda gotten the Yungblud.

Do you know what gets me is the tail wrap bridge is straight which is an improvement over Gibson angled one.
