Here is my review of the Godin Collection it used to be called La Patrie but now its called Godin after the rebranding. Made in Canada with solid cedar and solid rosewood back and sides, I hope you find my review useful and have an awesome day! 🙂

Hey, thanks for this. I appreciate what you said about other La Patrie/Godin reviews being less than satisfyingly informative. You showed me just exactly what I wanted to see. What is the range of this type of guitar? Can I play old finger style standards (Dust in the Wind) while expanding into Flamenco-flavoured and more classical-sounding material, which you would normally associate with a nylon-string guitar. Usually, reviewers will play one of the other, whereas, I needed to know if I can play what I already know as I pick up new styles. Thanks.
Hi, the rosette on this guitar is made of wood or adhesive?
curious if you know what the difference is between the collection and the collection II ? thanks. Sounds lovely !
I tried one at the store. Easy to play but strings felt like they could be faised a bit. I bought the yamaha gc12s souns more ´classical’
I got a la patrie concert model. Definitely not the loudest or most resonant guitar, but it has a balanced, sweet tone and it's one of the most comfortable guitars I've ever played. Definitely a great practice guitar.
