  • That riff he plays at the end of the psuedo harmonic section, anyone know what song it's from? I know I've heard it before, but it's been years.

  • Never seen the pick wiggle done but when I heard it night bird flying by Jimi Hendrix immediately came to mind

  • I'm glad I watched this whole lesson.

When the title was talking about adding FLASH to my playing, I thought I was going to have to go out and buy a florescent wardrobe.

  • This is really encouraging for someone like me, I picked up the guitar without any training, just to cope with the pressure of medical school and now I can play full fledged covers thanks to your videos and many like them. Sending tons of love from India….❤️ Thank you so much ..

  • Does it matter which gauge string I use? because I replaced a string and it is a different gauge than the other s

  • The part about pseudo harmonics or pinch harmonics let me add you need lots of gain and more treble helps. Not going to get them on a clean tone.

  • Damn! Right when I clicked the like button you said thanks! It almost felt like you saw that!

  • Make sure when you're doing the two-handed tapping that you actually pull-off with the right hand. It took me years to figure out why may tapping wasn't loud enough, because I was literally tapping the string, not pulling off. I can tell that you're doing it here, but it's worth pointing out.

Another trick I use is similar to your "pick wiggle". I bounce or tap the pick on the unwound strings. It sounds really cool with reverb and delay.

  • Nice axe! I have an r8 lightly aged custom shop! It's the best guitar I've ever owned! And I've had a few. Yours is gorgeous mate! What spec is yours? ????

  • I just discovered your channel, Erich. Good stuff here, and I have subscribed. Quick question…in your four tones with the Les Paul video, you mentioned that you were using an OCD pedal for overdrive in that video. Is that a tweed Deluxe you're playing through?

  • Thank you, all these tricks are great especially those pseudo harmonics which have baffled me forever and I've always thought it sounded so cool.

  • Have a look at the rule of thirds, it may not be a musical related thing but it will sure improve your videos and thumbnails. It is EVERYWHERE.

  • Thinking of giving the guitar up been practising changing chords but always muting a string on one or sometimes two of the chords. thinking me and my big fingers will be better playing the bass guitar.
