  • Working on some big projects coming up, but at the same time the quarantine combo is starting to slip nooooooo ???? What brand should we cover next?

  • This is the metal guitar: Schecter Banshee Elite 6 Fr Sustainiac… or the rest is derived from it.

  • Hey, Panda from the future here. They currently have 74 left handed options on their website. I am in HEAVEN ????

  • 1:02 my first band mate 20 years ago had a C1 …. I could tell they were quality… I have a 5 string shechter bass that I love with all my heart

  • I bought a banshee for 250 bucks with a case. It is by far the versatile guitar I own.
Schecter's value feels like an insider secret.

  • Tom Anderson started off there before starting his own company. They have some similar looks.

  • Schecter Omen Elite 6 or an Ibanez Gio? Sold my Gibson LP Studio a few years ago, but wanting to get back into playing again. But wanting something geared more towards metal tones this time. Not trying to break the bank though, it's just a hobby I miss baddddd????

  • It amazed me that there so many great guitars in all price ranges when i started youcouldnt find one under 500 bucks that was any good now there are many. You buy a 1000 to 1500 dollar guitar and it feels like a 2000 dollar guitar. We are in great time. From omen to hellraiser you cant go wrong just get what you can afford and feels right

  • I stumbled across Schecter as I really wanted a T style with a Floyd rose. I love fender, but the only tele I saw from fender with a Floyd rose is 2700. I bought the sun valley ptfr. Great guitar

  • Schecter got ruined because of Syn because they got a reputation of being shitty metal guitars for emo teens by people that have never played them. Legitimately some of the best guitars out there, not to mention they pretty much refuse to sell in big corporate stores.

  • In regard to Artists… Tommy Victor has been ripping it up on Schecters for a while now. If you don't know who Tommy is, you need to find out.

  • Am I the only one that notices the branding issue with shecter? When I see an artist on stage I would not want to be reminded of shit. Shecter is to close to the word shitter for me. Branding isn’t everything and it matters in the same breath. I have never owned a shecter.

  • They have and always be one of my favorites. But they don’t make S-1 anymore so I don’t buy their guitars anymore. Bring back S-1

  • I am a solo jazz chord/melody player, and the Schecter demon provides the purest, neutral tone and accurate playability of any other guitar. I am a Schecter player because nothing else has compared.

  • Bro you left out Kenny Hickey of Type O Negative , he’s the reason I play Schecter. He brought their sound to the masses long ago. Cool video though !

  • Hey what is the best metal guitar you can get from schecter that gives you the best access to the bottom fret board??? I'm trying to build speed when I play and I'm stuck with an SG right now, what would you recommend???

  • Hi everyone, does anyone know anything about this Schecter C1 custom? Its got locking tuners, Seymour Duncan custom pickups, split crown inlays on an ebony fretboard. I can't find much information about them online. There's one on sale on reverb in excellent condition for 540.00. Any input would be appreciated.

  • Picked up a 400 dollar c6 elite in aquaburst

I love it. I enjoy playing it more than guitars double it’s price. Would recommend as a good jam guitar????

  • At 767 comments, I couldn't find a bad comment about Schecter guitars, that's some statement in its self.

  • I have played Schecter since 2011. I was in MN on a work project, and the Guitar Centre was my focus every weekend for well over a year. I was in guitar candy shop heaven, the like of which , back then, did not exist in the UK.They had/ have such a diverse range of guitars to choose from. I noticed a few lefties on most of the major brands, but had never heard of Schecter before. The Schecters stood out, head and shoulders above everything else. So I tried a Hell Raiser. based on build quality, the sound, playability, and what you got for your money, I ended up buying three during that year. Since then, I have added quite a few more to my armoury. As you mentioned, for every right-hand model, Schecter produces a left-hand version. Great guitars, a great and thoughtful company.

  • I bought a Schecter Scorpion guitar over 20 years ago and still love it. They are excellent guitars at a mid range price. Most models are under $1,000. Unlike bug two!

  • Looking at these very closely. Dumbfounded why they would use subpar FR whammy systems. IE they use a "custom" hotrod on a banshee, which I love because it has an emg bridge pickup. That tremolo can by purchased for about $100. A hardened steel FR is maybe $250. Why not fit the damn guitar with a better quality unit at the get-go, and charge me? Instead of me replace subpar string cradles when they wear out (which I am familiar with as they do). My take…they get these cheaper quality tremolo's (floyd roses models) way below $100.
Even their guitars with FL 1000 and 1500 series are sub-par. Brass and less-than-hardened steel is ridiculous.
Please, just install the better quality and be done with it.

  • The only other brand I know that has sustainiacs come standard is Manson. That was my first guitar with a sustainiac. Then I bought a Schecter FR SLS Evil Twin. I don’t like Floyde rose so my only critique is that Schecter should have more options for fixed bridge guitars with the sustainiac. As far as I know Schecter only has two. The Kenny Hickey custom and the Fr SLS evil twin. Otherwise your out of luck.

  • I have 2 Sun Valley Super Shredders. I love the necks and pickups, but they should have mounted the Floyd Rose 3mm closer to the neck. Both of them have saddles are forward maxed in order for them to be properly intonated. Quite frankly, between that an not having SS frets cause them to fall just short of the TD.
