THR is like 4.5 times more expensive where I live. So it is the Spark which is miles better.

The 2k eq is the ticket for sure. Drop it and it sounds way better.

Love my THR30ii because you can dial in awesome tones without an interface. Keeping it simple means less time tweaking and more time playing.
I USED TO LIKE MY SPARK FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS 'TIL IT JUST STOPPED WORKING.
I've got the THR30II and the Spark Mini. So it wouldn't be fair to compare the sound coming out of the speakers. However, I will compare the sound coming out of the line-outputs, because that's how I use both of them. While the Spark app blows the Yamaha app away, the THR simply sounds better, by a wide margin. It's more realistic, and less "digital".
I enjoyed mine; however, it now has the Spark issue of cutting on and off. The warranty seems rather short.
I 1st for the SPARK GO … after a Good Friend of mine brought it to my attention … Then I just had to get the ‘Big Brother ‘ …. The 40 ????????
I counted 243 reasons and then discovered it was looping. ????????
