  • If the T380 had a floyd it would be perfect. The Scetcher Sun Vally line has a tele with a Floyd. I had one. Should have never got rid of it. Love a tele with a Floyd and buckers! Great video!

  • Great video Max!. I'm not surprised by the quality of the Harley Benton Fusion and the Schecter Sun Valley super shredder, They are amazing guitars, but I'm surprised with the Vola, AIO and Eart. They are new to me and I have to check them out.????

Anyway, since we are talking about "the MOST impressive guitars" you have reviewed. I will share 6 of the most impressive "price to value" guitars (excluding the overly expensive Reverb $250,000 to $1,000,000 guitar scams) out of the hundreds that I have tried in several Guitar Centers, Guitar Shops in last two decades of trying to search for the "Holy Grail" guitar/s that will end all GAS….and I have certainly found and owned a few of them.

Ibanez RG550 – probably the most impressive value to price ratio (It has the feel and some features of the super top end Ibanez Prestige or JCustom for below $1,000)
Gibson Buckethead Les Paul – very rare, Good luck in finding one but it has to be the BEST LesPaul I've tried ever (24 frets, 27 inch scale, large higher frets, super hot PU''ps, Ebony.).
Suhr Modern Pro – Probably the most versatile and balanced guitar I've tried (24 frets, neck is between Fender Custom Shop and Ibanez Wizard, fret's are like butter, very beautiful.)
ESP Kirk Hammet Ouija signature – The best neck profile I've tried, not as thin as Ibanez but has a more ergonomic silky smooth feel, Neck Thru, Active EMG's.) Just a killer guitar.
Strandberg Boden Essentials 6 – The best value headless guitar for below $1,000, If you are looking for axe that can go toe to toe with the most expensive headless – this is the one.
Fender Yngwie Malmsteen Signature – The BEST Fender Strat Ever! (Scalloped Super Jumbo Frets, noiseless Seymour Duncan YJM Fury pickups, contoured C Shape neck built for speed.) If you need to buy just one "Fender Strat" that is both iconic and amazing, the Yngwie Fender strat is the ultimate one.????

So there, the Most impressive and the BEST guitars EVER!????, any guitarist should own just one or at least one of them, You can try it, and you will see what I'm talking about. You will surely be shocked. If I have to own just six, three or probably just one guitar in life forever, it must be any of those six.???? That's how good and awesome they are.????

  • sorry, but I have a policy of "Don't recommend channel" any channel that holds fingers/hands up for top 5s/10s etc… bye bye

  • My understanding was that Vola was able to drop prices by going direct to consumer and doing away with dealer margins rather than anything else?

  • Great video max! As the owner of a few of those and a few quite expensive guitars, I’ve done the same thing you have on a couple of them swapped out the electronics, a bridge or two, and they value is really incredible and I play them every bit as much as my guitars that cost over two and $3000. Sometimes it takes just a little bit of tinkering, also hopefully get people into working on their own guitars to get to know them and get them to play the way they want them. Always appreciate you.

  • I have a lot of guitars and since I've gotten it, the Sun Valley is the one I've been playing the most. It's also the only one I own that I haven't modded (although I'm going to add a killswitch next time I change strings).

  • You should have been slightly more accurate with the title of the video Max and added the word shredding to it! I don't like shredding but still watch your vids. You must do something right! ????

  • I bought my first guitar (HB fusion II) because of Max's video. I love that guitar! For future videos I would recommend Sire guitars, they also make fantastic affordable instruments and I have never seen them featured on this channel.

  • Earts are so good. I've been buying them for five years now…they play as good as my Ibanez prestige it doesn't make sense

  • I can’t believe it’s that long ago but about 15 years ago I used to build my own guitars. Would get most of my parts from Guitar Fetish. Never got a bad part from them. They are a really underrated company.

  • Hey Max i know this is off the topic here but you have mentioned a few times on some of your videos that you get your awesome tones sometimes from using a cheap Blackstar ID Core amp and i was wondering if you could buy a Mooer Baby Bomb power amp pedal so that you could hook the ID Core's headphone out to the baby bomb power amp and run that into your 412 cab with it as i imagine that cheap ID Core would sound killer through a 212 or 412 cab and would love to see and here it if you would be interested in doing such a thing, and yes I know most headphone outs on amps usually sound pretty bad but i hear Blackstar amps actually sound great thru the headphone socket so that would be the quickest and easiest way to hook up to a big cab without having to take the Blackstar apart and wiring an ext speaker jack onto it and very interested how it would sound thru the headphone out going into a big cab or into the effects loop return of a proper amp to use that amps speakers as your cab for the Blackstar and with the latter setup you would not need the Baby Bomb power amp as the Effects loop return would then just use your professional amps power amp to amplify the Blackstar tone thru its 112 or 212 cab or head thru a 212 or 412 cab, dont know if you would be willing to try it on video but I would love to see and hear it, just make sure if you use a baby bomb pedal do not hook into your amp with it only a cab with the baby bomb, however by using the headphone out thru another amps effects loop return jack no baby bomb needed cause running a baby bomb into your amp would probably damage your amp so if you use a baby bomb that is to power a cab only never into an amp, anyway thank you for your great videos Max

  • Only thing that bugs the hell out of me is when a company makes a " neck through " and doesn't make the upper frets accessible!!! Meaning the top of the neck thick E string !

  • Is there amy noteable difference between the first and second generation SBS guitars besides the frets? Are the necks the same? I have a first generation one and like it quite a bit, by the way.

  • Got two HB T-style…worth 5 Xs their price or more. Amazing value. Even Roswell's sound very decent. Have two AIO T-style (including the neck-thru shown here but in Tele)…..amazing setups!!! But, crappy finish… both AIO's were blemished bizarrely all over the place but all minor stuff. LOVE my AIOs…with boutique pups they are exceptional in every way!

  • Hello Max, Several years ago, I attended The Gathering of Mustangs and Legends at Rickenbacker Field in Ohio, home of the Tusgee Airman. It was Mustang Heaven! I have a photo of myself and my best friend standing in front of the "Forked Tail Devil", Glacier Girl. Thanks for the reviews! Shalom/gw
