I generally find that all modellers honour the bass frequencies coming from the guitar too much. Real amps seem to filter a lot of it. Maybe the AD conversion is too good! So I nearly always experiment with an eq early in the chain (before the amp) to kill the low end – it pretty much always pays off. You can be quite brutal with it, and it opens up the amp controls to use the bass in a more natural way (rather than having to dial out all the bass on the amp and ending up with odd settings) – high end is the opposite, usually works better as a post amp eq.
Juca, I appreciate all the work you put into giving us guitarists a vast array of patches and knowledge of modeling gear. Especially the Boss gear which seems to get written off by other content creators. I had a question about the Boss GT-1000. If you do dual amp paths and use 2 amps in one patch, can you have 2 different cab/mic settings for each or do they all have to use the same cab sim? Thanks!
I just wanted to take a short look at this video, but your tones made me stay and I watched the whole video, without even recognising half an hour just went by. Awesome tones as usual!
And please don't worry about mistakes in playing guitar or speaking english. Both is at a very high level and your english even got waaay better over the years.
