I absolutely love string instruments!! Absolute loveee learning… Guitar my beloved!! Beautiful instrument!!! There is just soooo much to learn and sooo many diff ones have sooo many diff ways diff methods!!! And this is great because so many of us learn in sooo many diff ways!!! I was always LD and then in my early adult life i was in a horrendous car wreck and lost everything!!! But the TBI NOW PCS AND PTSD along with the neck and spine injuries i sustained has made my life hell!! But the brain stuff i woud say impacts me the most because while my intelligence and ability to do things is fine it along with the already LD slowed my processes dn a lot!! Like i have to process things slower! And if someone does something super quick i dont get it wo them either going over it umpteen times or just simply slowing dn the 1st time!? So it does impair my learning a lot…and while im decent at playing i am nowhere near pro!!! And there r techniques i dont know or havent learned that could add to what i know and make me sound much better!! And more fluid! This is something i def want to learn and practice!!
But for me Im on a fixed income and 1st i must either get my guitar out of pawn or get one ive had my eye on! But with it id be makn payments a little while!? But im thinkin with my new living situation im gonna pick up a good decent!? Little used travel guitar so i can tote it aeound easier and practice more!
Anyways i enjoyed this and it has excited me made me wanna get back at it! I been lookin at changing guitars a lot lately!! The music often calls me and sometimes sooo much i cannot ignore it!! It is part of who i am!! For me i dont give a damn about fame or fortune!!! I just play for me for my soul!! It holds peace and healing for me!! While it can be hard on my physical often it is great for my mental and for my spirit!!
