  • Love the tone! I play reggae keys but ima start playing guitar in the band since we have 2 keysies and our singer is dropping guitar to focus on vox. Diving into your videos ????Jah Jah

  • Thanks for the tutorial. I noticed when you showed the tone with just chorus or in clean, it still had some sort of reverb, what kind of reverb was that? Its sounds very reggaey

  • Brilliant video, hey my man, shouldn't you be also adding a noise gate in there ? because a noise gate set everthing at 12 o'clock also adds to the feel of the reggae playing, because of the way it cuts the extra noise and other things, off course the feel is in the hands, but I don't know, I might be wrong. cheers from Canada.

  • First off love your videos sir and how many dope reggae jams you got in your arsenal! Just bought a POD GO and can't figure out where I find the phaser? If you could help me it would much appreciated.

  • Hello. if anyone has an identical preset made and can send it to me because I can not cope. I don't know what amplifier, tempo delay. please, because I can't and I would like to. I am blind and I have a problem and the preset will make it easier for me to play. Thank you

  • Hi Xyan, Can I just clarify you do not use amp simulation or cab simulation behind these patch settings?

  • Great tone video.
You won't belive what I use in my reggae tribute band!
When I started playing my wife bought me my first multifx unit. It was cheap but sounded great. Ever since I have attempted to upgrade to better, more feature packed effects units, many that cost 10 x that first unit but I have failed at every step to improve on the sound quality of my first. I'm now resigned that I found the right effects unit first time and use only it in my professional band gigs, direct to PA after getting fed up of lugging an amp I use to connect it to.
The effects unit I'm talking about and am stuck with because I cannot find a better sound, even money isn't an issue, it is the….Zoom G1 yes the bog standard plastic little box with 2 patch buttons.

  • Very useful. I kinda replicated your sound on my analog amp by hear (specially removing bass and mids and using the britge pickup on my guitar) and all of a sudden I am sounding much more reggae alike. Thanks for the inspiration!
