Great video sir!! That is a beautiful guitar by the way!……………. Can I have it????????????????????????????????????????
Thank you very much Eric. Cheers from Indonesia.
There is obviously 24 idiots that watched this and have no clue .
Tapping is a technique… Not a mere trick… That's like calling sweeping a trick.
A bit arrogant, but he explains good !!! LES
Pick wiggle = I ran (Flock of Seagulls) ????????????????????????????????
Good video, I figured alot of this stuff out on my own
Nice man! What rig were you using? What amp, drive pedal? It sound amazing!
Zzzzz
That riff he plays at the end of the psuedo harmonic section, anyone know what song it's from? I know I've heard it before, but it's been years.
Which pedals are you using in this video for overdrive? I can't seem to duplicate the same sound.
Never seen the pick wiggle done but when I heard it night bird flying by Jimi Hendrix immediately came to mind
I'm glad I watched this whole lesson.
When the title was talking about adding FLASH to my playing, I thought I was going to have to go out and buy a florescent wardrobe.
YAY!!!!!!! No wonder I like UGS better than any other!!!
Rock on Eric with an H !!!!
This is really encouraging for someone like me, I picked up the guitar without any training, just to cope with the pressure of medical school and now I can play full fledged covers thanks to your videos and many like them. Sending tons of love from India….❤️ Thank you so much ..

Does it matter which gauge string I use? because I replaced a string and it is a different gauge than the other s
The part about pseudo harmonics or pinch harmonics let me add you need lots of gain and more treble helps. Not going to get them on a clean tone.
I find it creepy how Erich repeated his "thank you's" right after I hit subscribe o_o
Damn! Right when I clicked the like button you said thanks! It almost felt like you saw that!
Make sure when you're doing the two-handed tapping that you actually pull-off with the right hand. It took me years to figure out why may tapping wasn't loud enough, because I was literally tapping the string, not pulling off. I can tell that you're doing it here, but it's worth pointing out.
Another trick I use is similar to your "pick wiggle". I bounce or tap the pick on the unwound strings. It sounds really cool with reverb and delay.
awesome!!
I'm a decent player, ( just saying), and greatly appreciate your work & lessons. Thank you!
DJ Ashba is very known for the pick wiggle technique
can palm muting work on acoustic? yes that's called palm muting.
Nice axe! I have an r8 lightly aged custom shop! It's the best guitar I've ever owned! And I've had a few. Yours is gorgeous mate! What spec is yours? ????
I love your approach to teaching
I learn so much from your videos! Thanks Erich!
Pick wiggle- Pantera-New Level???
I just discovered your channel, Erich. Good stuff here, and I have subscribed. Quick question…in your four tones with the Les Paul video, you mentioned that you were using an OCD pedal for overdrive in that video. Is that a tweed Deluxe you're playing through?
Thank you, all these tricks are great especially those pseudo harmonics which have baffled me forever and I've always thought it sounded so cool.
Wow Erich tried this stuff and way cool, thx bro!
Eric what year is your les paul? Is it an R8 or R9?
got a lot out of these two vids of yours….thanks , dude
Hotel California lesson?
Have a look at the rule of thirds, it may not be a musical related thing but it will sure improve your videos and thumbnails. It is EVERYWHERE.
Thinking of giving the guitar up been practising changing chords but always muting a string on one or sometimes two of the chords. thinking me and my big fingers will be better playing the bass guitar.
I can dig it
