The demo is fine, or maybe you just heard about the black top strat, in which case your really far behind. The blacktop series rocks, if it didn't, it would not have been released. 700.00 new,

This review in completely useless: you have to play with a clean sound.. distortion changes the sound.
I had one of these. It's ok but I prefer single coils on a strat which I have now .

I've got the sonic blue w maple neck and its the best guitar I've ever played. I dare say it sounds better than any les paul. It can sound sweet and grimmey all at once. I only wish they came w the humbuckers uncovered.

they don't do nothing, the position 2 and 4 are coil splits. inner for the straty sound and outer for the tele-ish sound 🙂

It's a lot easy to tell the difference between each pickup setting that way…
