Hello, I am a musician living in Brazil. I bought this Nextg in November 2022 but last month, when I tried to connect it to a soundboard for the first time, I made a mistake and connected the soundboard cable to the microphone input (it's not difficult to make this mistake because they are close together and it's unusual for a guitar to have another plug like that). The instrument turned off and due to the heat, there was a short circuit in the circuits – after that, it didn't turn on anymore. The worst part is that I have already sent 4 contacts and emails explaining this to Enya, and they only replied once, asking for my purchase details. I provided them, but since then, nobody has even responded to me. I'm starting to suspect that this instrument has a serious flaw. This message is for two things: to alert you about it (I won't say for you to test it, naturally :-)) and to see if you have any acquaintances or channels there, other than the standard support channel, with whom I can share this situation. Hi Cory. Great review! Question can you show how it sounds when you play the guitar with the headphones in? I’m curious how loud the strums sound and how it sounds in your ear.
