Useless!
Most useless guitar teaching video I’ve seen. The guy can’t shut up and explain what he’s doing, what a waste of time!????
Still working on the penny drop
A very good Advice man Keep it!
Penny has not dropped at all for me ????
"play to a drum machine instead of metronome"
Thank you.
The Magic is no magic at all. Practice good techniques and spend a lot!!!! Of time on it. Plateaus take a while to reach but once you reach them it's incredibly awesome feeling
SHIT! I don't know any scales!
Talk to miuch
Thanks andy….
I truly don't know Mr Andy 😉
I hate practicing scales. I will become a rythm guitarist ????
How to master the neck by using scales? Can anyone explain plz
Amazing..om andy james
I don't know
A god in human form????
The idiots ????.who keep making a point of…you know…don't know f#@k all..????
Ok. Show us how. Is there another video for that?
you know..you know….you know………
I taught Andy James….,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, how to use his IPhone X when he came into the store I work at a little while ago….????
gun
The truest of all
Andy looks like an upward pick slanter to me, the minority. Cool!
this guy is an absolute monster on the guitar!
Just a question here. In building up technique, muscle memory, and stamina when diving into this how long are the intervals of time? Is it three minutes.
that exercise you did, was it groups of odd notes, or groups of even notes, like was it 3 notes per string or four notes per string
Drink a glass of water everytime he says "you know"
I'd sell my soul to the devil, sign a faustian contract to play that fast
If I knew !!! I wouldn't be watchin' You know…
Can u make a video for proper posture while sitting. What you would recommend maybe stools or so.
awesome player bro fuhhh tip top bro..
All these videos are waste of time. What no one tells you is how to practise at fast speeds without getting your right hand tired. The secret lies in hand synchronization and right hand technique/ stamina . Everyone tells you the exercises but exercise won't make you faster. Only right hand and left hand synced to each other with no tension makes you faster
I love this man. Thanks Andy, love this and all your lessons. Cheers m/
1:17 What no one ever demonstrates is the middle ground between the slow speed and the fast as hell. I wan to see that done cleanly.
Andy, I'll counter your Paul Gilbert with an Al DiMeola in terms of master picker
you know his sentence won't complete without "you know"
Damn! o.0
I think it's also about synchronization between the two hands. A slightly slower but accurately picked run to me is much more impressive than a faster but unclear or sloppy run.
I've been practicing that little Gibert lick for over 10 years. I still can't play it very fast. I always hit the upper string when coming back from the lower string.
You know I wrote that at 1 minute in. You know now I think you're just, you know, taking the piss. You know. Fuck me it's annoying, you know. ????At least 48 "you know "
stop saying "you know" If we knew we wouldn't be watching a lesson. …..you know
you know
you know you know you know but you know you know you know you know you know it's work
I recently had that penny drop moment. And his face summarised it perfectly. After years of frustration that I couldnt alternate pick scales properly, now I can, meh… Now I'm on to the next thing I cant do!
Watch Troy Grady for alternate picking…he has best documentry..cheers..
it's has been almost 4 years since i first started to learn alternate picking, now i am pretty good at it , but still so much to learn
I thought Yngwie was the master of alternate picking!
