  • Hello, do you think this amplifier is suitable for street music with vocals and acoustic guitar?

  • I need a small amp for my guitar jams.. Having a versatile amp like the Roland Cube will do the trick. Small and light and reasonably priced. I will be able to play both acoustic and electric guitars out of the same box yayyyy

  • Thanks so much for the review, you actually helped up go for the Boss Street amp as it has an XLR mic connection plus more options for mic tone and effects. We already had an old version 1 Street amp so know how good they are. The version 2 adds more volume and aux out and is even lighter than the v1. Boss/Roland are very hard to beat for tone, features, build quality and reliability.

  • There is a video showing how to power this amp with a usb rechargeable power pack. you need a cable with usb one end and a power jack on the other. The power jack must be positive outside and negative inside. These are available on line.

  • I would love a review of the Fishman Loudbox Mini if you can get your hands on one. I'm looking for an amp for my Lava U concert uke.

  • Thanks a million for this great review, I can get my hands on a used one and being a Roland enthousiast I still wanted to know whether it's worth it.
    It's a great little thing.

  • Would you recommend it for a acoustic violin with a DPA 4099 shotgun mic and a acoustic guitar just to play outdoor at central park?

  • Hello Baz. Just stumbled across this old video as it’s now about to become relevant for me. I’ve played acoustic only for the last few years and wanted to take the plunge into amplification, effects and connecting straight to pc. How about a video of how you’d go about some of these issues. ????????

  • Hello! How long do the batteries last you? Is there a plug-in power feature as well? I don't like the idea of having to buy batteries continuously.

  • I’ve used this busking and for entertaining at children’s functions and it’s an absolute killer!Ive taken it interstate in my backpack on a plane and it’s fine.Kerp in mind it won’t replace a loud PA system but if you are performing at a small outdoor gig this will fit the bill quite nicely

  • This is an amazing small amp when you need to be just a bit louder. They are available used for about $100.00. Beats anything else out there for tone. Run your pedal board in stereo through this thing and be the hit of the party!

  • Hi! It has been five years. How has this amp been doing so far for you? Cheers,

  • I love this little amp for small gigs… Smaller room, say 20 people. I use one mic & acoustic electric guitar. Bigger gigs I'd use the Fender Acoustic, but this little amp is easy to carry and won't throw you back out!

  • I traveled to Canada, and took this Lil beauty with me. it fit into my suitcase perfectly. My Hotel room was gently filled with Reverb.
It's only like 11" wide, 4" thick, and Appx 7" tall. I love that it sounds like a bigger amp. I am a fingerstyle guitarist,
and this Micro Roland picks up all the detail in your Playing. You won't get ear busting volume, but you will get Clarity.
The Reverb and Delay, ( both of which I use daily), are Perfect….. P.S. Does the Queen still soil her Velvet? Thanks!

  • What amp do you suggest for a Kala solid ceda top acoustic electric baritone ukulele? I have a LR Baggs Five.O Undersaddle uke pickup in it.

  • Can i change the reverb of the microphone and the guitar to different settings apart?

  • Do you know if I can use this on a keyboard/workstation (korg krome) and if so, witch one do you recommend? this one or the Roland Micro Cube GX?

  • Got this amp in the mail today. It really is much better than any other batterydriven amp I've tried (honeytone , orange).

    Recommended.
