I had one of the studio 10 6L6 amps from Blackstar for over a year. Great amp I loved it fell on a hard times had to part with it and have been kicking around the TV 10A since it came out. Only thing that scares me is I keep hearing horror stories about Blackstar and if you need them repaired there's no one in the United States that will touch them. Because they won't Supply any schematics to these repair guys. And the one year warranty doesn't make me feel any better from them. Other than that I dig the sound of the TV 10A
Just bought one of the A’s! Its perfect. American tube amp with a headphone output for my small apartment!
Not worth such a high price for me. A lot of competitors offer a lot more, a lot more flexible plus better sounds in this price range.
From any iconic tones I do not hear anything, quite the opposite. I instantly returned every amp with such lousy, thin and tubeless sounding treble, independent of the brand.
