AMOY Quick Stupid Review: Harley Benton SC 500 WH Guitar – good guitar, but how cheap is too cheap?
I’ve seen a number of reviews of Harley Benton guitars, but I’ve never had one myself. Now I have one. I bought this guitar specifically because it looks like one of the guitars that was used by Randy Rhoads; namely his white Les Paul Custom. Unlike a Gibson or even an Epiphone, this Harley Benton is unbelievably cheap. I really can’t figure out how they can make a guitar this good (it’s good, not great) at such a low price. Makes a feller wonder…

Is it a good guitar for beginners?
BUT..look up how many species of mahogany there is, i seriously doubt that that is a pine wood, the chinese and there translations usually are pretty crazy. i have a series sc500 and there is no way my fretboard is pine of any kind it would be pretty obvious if it was.
