Producer Lincoln Grounds shows his production process for making vintage Americana in the modern age. The project brief from Audio Network was to create authentic library music in a country style of the 1930s, ’40s and ’50s for picture.

I have a pre recorded acoustic guitar audio. Have to change the tone of this recording. Is it possible to import this recording into any software or tool and change the tone. Please suggest.
Is this a joke? A satire channel? Why not start with putting nickel strings instead of phosphor bronze on the guitar, put your best neutral condenser on it and don’t touch anything. It’ll sound vintage in the good way.

Why not start with using an SM57 or an old Beyer Dynamic mic in the first place? No need for vinyl emulation.
