  • @patrickhunter i got an offer for the microtubes 500 2×10 combo for $900. Im heavily considering buying and making it my live rig. Thoughts?

  • Lack of footswitch capabilities to
Manage all these nice features seems like a huge oversight in these amps.

  • I am generally not a fan of combos, but I am seriously considering the 1×12 version of this one as a portable solution for smaller, club-sized gigs.
What I am REALLY hoping for is an active cabinet version of the 1×12 that can link to these new combos andor accept line-level inputs from ADAM, A-O Phi, and MT Infinity pedals. (I say this as a happy ADAM owner)

  • It does not sound naturally. That is why i stay with my GK RB400. I believe, 10-15 years – and then we will have decent simulators of our amps/cabinets.

  • I would like to see some reviews of the new Sunn Systems stuff when it drops

  • This only makes me keep hopes that Darkglass did this and Aguilar released their head updates that maybe Aguilar might push a combo amp

  • The amp sounds good, the price doesn’t. I can get a fender rumble 500 combo and a Darkglass hyper luminal comp and an alpha omega overdrive pedal for about the same price maybe even less.

  • I am about to order the 210 D as my main amp… with the footswitch it would be insane! I wish more people were making dee dive videos on how to save presets and all of that, not even darkglass has videos up yet…

  • Awesome clip as always, Patrick ???????????????? these combo amps sound pretty cool and the drives sound killer. I personally like how the vintage microtubes circuit sounds on these amps.

  • Honestly, with amp modelers and profilers available (some at very reasonable prices), I don't think I will ever buy an amp anymore. I still check out videos of new amps and my reaction is always…mhe

  • These sound great, but as far as future amps go, it’d be cool if you could get ahold of the new Trickfish combo when it comes out! In theory, it should be soon. ????????
