  • He's an awesome rhythm guitar player!! But Glen is the true master of the guitar ???? in Priest! Kk is just not a lead player. He deserves all his credits for all the awesome music!! But Glenn is the man!!????

  • I’ll never understand the love for KK. Glen was a master, he started quite humbly but he spent his entire life bettering himself and learning to understand his instrument. As incredible as he got , he was never boastful or prideful about his craft and has always remained humble.

KK’s solos were always garbage. They consist of bends that rarely reach the intended note and dive bombs, and nothing else. Glen said that he had to heavily edit KK’s solos in the albums to make them work. KK never worked in his solos and never really improved throughout his career, and concentrated more on his showing off stage demeanour than becoming a competent guitarist, but still claims to be a guitar god who invented many styles and techniques, and tries to take credit for anything he can. He even claims to have invented the idea of a metal band using a Flying V on stage, and claims to have single-handedly invented Judas priests leather style and metal as a genre.

Glen = guitar god, humble, genius, worked hard to make KK sound as good as he could
KK = narcissist, prideful, garbage player, slags off Glen and concentrated on making himself look good

  • It’s interesting the opinions of kk in priest.I love Priest and have been a fan since forever and as much as I feel the latest Priest albums are great as a band there is clearly something missing and that something is kiss guitar tone and soloing.what makes Priest truly Exceptional is the dynamic exchanges between Tipton and kk.kk digs into the mud and drags you through the bowels of the earth and Tipton Carrie’s you over the cliff on the wings of a majestic eagle in flight.it’s really a beautiful marriage that sadly ended.for us fans we have the catalogue and the memories????

  • Priest ended the day KK was out, his playing was so important to their sound. Can feel his emotions in his solos . Love his chaotic phrasing and his stage presence is essential to the Judas Priest I grew up with. What’s left is tribute band… sorry
