Fender Tone Master Pro Acoustic Vocal Preset

I filmed this video a few weeks ago when I had the new Tone Master Pro.
The acoustic amp sounds great and the vocal processing is awesome!
I could definitely see myself using this for gigs. But I can’t cos I had to give it back. Oh well.

Thank you to Landers Music for letting me demo this on the channel. You guys rock!

  • So glad i found this channel and this video. Absolutely stellar stuff.
In the process of changing my pedal board and was seriously considering HR Prime but the FTM is amazing.
Can you tell me is the FTM capable of harmonies?
    Where do you gig?
Would love to check it out.
And your Hysteria outro was great ????

  • Great video… but, I think that your guitar needs more natural resonance… it seems to have too much compression and limiting.
For an electric guitar, it would be fine… but, not for an Acoustic, I think.

  • Hello, are you able to separate vocal and Line instrument ? I mean, sing into a same amp while playing or you have to do it on different speakers ? Do you use FR FR by Fender ? Thanks for ur help

  • Did you record via USB or you sent outputs to a audio interface/mixer? Can we record separate tracks via USB? Thanks.

  • Hello Dave. Thanks for the quick wrap up of the acoustic setup. Did you check the Internal Looper as well? You've mentioned that you do looping, now I wonder if you use an external one. Me, I do look for a universal Frontend to connect my Acoustic Guitar, a DynMike and an Electric Guitar to it. Surely this is the "I want a universal doing everything perfect" device search. Cheers, Daria

  • This is slight off-topic, but did you have the chance to compare Boss GT1000 against this unit? Which one did you like better?

  • Does the tonemaster pro function as an audio interface to the computer or do you have to plug it into something else first

  • Finally someone does a vid on the acoustic and vocal chain
Have been tossing up between this and headrush core
    Thinking TMP is winning

  • Works well, but you can't set a separate mix for the headphone out as a blend of chain 1+2. If you have output 1 and 2 to front of house, it would be really useful if you could edit the headphone mix independently you could set your own monitor mix, great for in ears. Hopefully they add this. Other issue was, you can't copy a vocal chain and paste it into existing presets, you have to add them each one at a time and set all the levels. I returned my unit due to these gripes and a few things it's missing at present. Cleans sound great though.

  • These videos are very valuable… I want to do this kind of setup but with a clean electric guitar… I think you have laid the foundation for what would be a good starting point. It was nice to see you dive through some of the routing menus, And button assignment menus as I don't recall seeing those in the user guide.
