Hearing your review, I almost had an attack of buyers remorse, that is till I looked at the JR2. Sorry, the APXT2 is exactly the body style I was looking for, Did not want, did not need, would not buy, a mini dreadnought. I'll be happy with whatever shortcomings I find with the APXT2. I am just starting my guitar journey at 69 YO, and already have a semi-hollow electric, a Fender grand auditorium style, a full size classical cutaway, and a couple of junkers. Frankly, I am looking for a daily driver… something I can take down and noodle with whenever the notion strikes. The work involved in getting a full size guitar out, and putting it away has made playing guitar seem more like work than playing. I look forward to the small lightweight guitar, and am pleased that it has more of a parlor guitar profile to the body. I will probably keep my other guitars, but I look forward to much enjoyment from my new APXT2, scheduled to arrive within 4 days.
how is the power of the Sound? do you really recommend it?
