You definately have a gift for demo'ing bass.
Hi Dan. I'd love you to analyse Joe Dart's bass lines from Disco Ulysses (instrumental) by Vulfpeck. There are some fairly large jumps across the fretboard, lots of octaves, and it's all at a (for me) challenging tempo (134 bpm, I think). I can get the various elements down individually, but I struggle to hook it all up smoothly, at speed. Would appreciate your breakdown of how to tackle it. Cheers!
It makes a difference when you use those what I call melodic fretting hand techniques verses plucking every note.
Thanks Dan for another idea to expand on something that I have done similar, but you have helped me see a way to further refine it with a bit more style.
