Three Note Jazz Guitar Chords | Intermediate Guitar Lesson

Jazz guitar chords aren’t as hard as you think! A shell voicing is a type of 3-note jazz chord that includes only the most essential notes. These chords are easy to play, and they sound great! These aren’t just “beginner” chords. Professional guitarists play these chords all the time, and so can you. In this lesson, I’ll show you six essential shell voicings and how to use them in chord progressions.
