Guitars of the Day! Re-capping the best ESP LTD guitars of the year. My picks were the LTD EC-01FT (just an absolute unit of a premium-spec sleeper workhorse guitar), the XJ-1HT (first time the XJ has been back in the production lineup in a few years), and the Royal Shiva (Bill Kelliher of Mastodon’s latest signature that’s based on his ESP Custom Shop based on his First Act Custom Shop 9-String based on his Yamaha SG1000… or maybe based on Brent Hinds’ 12-String First Act Custom Shop, who knows??).

The EC-01FT's are so cool! Maybe my favorite modern take on the LP Jr., but they're just way too expensive for what they are IMO
