Oh ya baby
What Attenuators are you using for the Super Reverb?
Tasty af
almost the same as SRV
Which do you notice has a heavier thicker sound, the Vibroverb or the Deluxe Reverb? Obviously you play them separately too, and know how they sound individually. I am trying to get a Vibroverb with the JBL D130's in it, does this one have that speaker? How much crunch and distortion can the Vibroverb get, as opposed to a Deluxe or Vibrolux? Which of these 3 will get the heaviest Stevie Ray type tones? I dont have a Super, I got a Twin with JBL D120F's in it.. I am looking to get a Vibroverb and mix it with the Twin, or play it by itself sometimes..I am looking to get the hugest Stevie Ray-Hendrix type tones possible, so can you let me know a bit more about this? Thanks.
Are you still using the Kingtone amp splitter box ? I just picked one up Jesse makes great stuff ???????? I'm thinking about going with his pickups for one of my 65 strats
Killer! I have an original 1965 Super, and i am in search for a good Vibratone! Killer playing dude!
That entire rig probably sounds huge in person
Is there any sence of having ev 15l in vibroverb if Stevie used it to power Vibratone ? Does both speakers work whilst connectef
Best tone ive heard recently
Hey Chris! Did you try running the Deluxe clean through the Leslie instead of the Vibroverb through Leslie? This would allow you to crank up the Vibroverb more running standalone from the Leslie. Wondering if it would get you that much closer to SRV tone? As you know, Stevie had 2 Vibroverbs with one through the Leslie and the other standalone. What you have really sounds great as is. The Vibroverb will sounds georgeous with nice full sound with the THD. If I had a Deluxe, I would try it myself. My amps are out for repair but I'm going to try it with my Bandmaster Reverb driving the Vibratone and experiment a little this weekend. All the best!
awesome tone CKR! hey is that a 4×10 Super? if thats the case which is the right THD for it? i know that each color is for a different impedance right? Thanks man! keep rocking
Closest I've heard to the legend himself. Awesome!
You have some amazing gear brother, you are a great player and deserve it.
Hello Chris so do you have to use the 2 ohm plate with the super reverb? The one in the picture looks like the 4 ohm.
How did you get that organ like tone?
Jess Davey has a lot to answer for!!!
Oh A 6 way splitter That makes my head hurt.
couldn't we just listen to scuttle buttin riffs and the like all day long with that tone? Hahahahaha it's heaven on Earth
really big thanks for posting this video my friend :-)!! You have made my day because I love to play Stevie Ray Vaughan Style Blues and having seen him in concert 17 times I have always strived to achieve multi amp tone like Stevie and you have done it my friend cheers to you five stars
Where can you buy Vibratones??? I live in Austin. There literally aren't any in Austin guitar shops 🙁
Does sound come out of vibroverb and vibratone at same time?
So how are you running all the amps at once? The vibroverb and super reverb are both combining their two sounds right?
Nice Chris :]
Dualist!
You remind me stevie tone in japan . From Italy
Sounds great. How did you send your guitar signal to all amps at once? We're there any phase issues?
Lol i see 2 people hit the thumbs down, I think i sense some Jealousy, That aside, Your starting to pickup a pretty nice collection of Vintage gear. I have the same Fender Vibratone I had to take the metal sound hole plates off the top and sides and put a layer of silicone around the edge's then reinstall them I was getting to much vibration/rattling from them. Nice jam. Until next time See ya later…
Great Tone!!!
