  • The hardware is superb with multiple connection options and the variable reactive load is the icing on the cake BUT…the software is very poor; a huge portion of the screen is unused and the parameter controls are tiny and unintuitive. I hope future firmware updates offer a better user experience. Boss could take a leaf out of UA’s book as far as that side of it is concerned. Otherwise, a fantastic piece of gear.

  • The sound is from the marshall cabinet in the whole sesion? Or when he use the computer the sound go out from there?

  • The latest firmware adds a Ribbon Mic, more mic blending options, and allows for 32 user IR's instead of 4.

  • I only want the attenuation of this device for playing at home.

I get the feeling we’re going to see some amazing gear over the next few years for making our 50/100w amps perfectly useable at home.

  • The oly thing I don't like is the software editor (compared to classic looking amp pictures as an editor etc) – boss could do better on this. On the other hand, does this always need a pc/laptop or maybe is there an app for mobile or tablets?

  • Because you said, you don't need another audio-interface…. but can you somehow record vocals with normal microphone in that device?

  • Is it possible to plug in an acoustic guitar and get a good acoustic guitar sound in a similar way that is possible with the Boss Katana?

  • The WAZA TAE's switchable Impedance 4 – 8 – 16 is a very important feature also. Many of us have several tube amps with different impedance speaker outs. This covers the full gamut.

  • Is it correct that your tube amp is going through a digital section the whole time even when not using effects? So your amp gets digital processing even if only using the attenuator?

  • Tom, I know you can run stereo delay through DI, but with the 2 standard speaker out, can you run stereo delay? So, just 1 amp – tube expander – 2 speaker cabs. Mono amp signal, but panned left-right delay?

  • Tom, after that amazing Boss ad you did, I've been wondering if this review was coming. You're that man to do it. I've noticed, like the fractal and boss dd500, when you really like a product, your review of it is great
