That Pedal Show Highlights Of 2024 [Yes, The End Of Year Clips Show]

A look back over a year of great guests, wonderful tones and a whole belly full of laughs

Welcome to the show! Every year we say we won’t do this, and then after the briefest of glances down the video list for the past 12 months, we’re always surprised at everything that actually happened.
It seems only fitting to take a retrospective whistlestop tour down the year and say a giant thank you to everyone who makes this kerayzee caper possible… most importantly of all, the incredible TPS family who tune in to watch week in, week out. Yep, that’s you lot – thank you!

The shows are mentioned in captions at the start of each clip/section, so we won’t repeat them here.

We wish you the very best for the coming trip around the sun, and for every other moment too. Whatever you do, may you find the peace within it.

  • THANK YOU Dan and Mick. This year has been extremely tough. Literally never been so ill and had things so difficult. Your videos have been a massive light in a very dark time. Cannot thank you enough for your joy, energy and positivity. Please keep doing what you're doing. All the best.

  • Props to the editor (Mick?) for having Adam Levy telling us to figure out simple melodies going straight into Graham Coxon wailing like a banshee! ????

  • Without question, highlight of the year for me was Warren Haynes. This is a weird compliment, but I confess, I have not gotten involved in his music much at all… seen lots of clips and understand his reputation though. Saying that to say those moments on that episode where you guys were just trying things and he was inspired… it was emotional for me. This man who has such an identity and style was that 'open'. Beautiful. Much success in 2025 gents and crew. I appreciate you all.

  • Happy New year!!!
Hands down, the Dumble; Robins Dumble. Simply the most visceral reaction we’ve probably ever seen from you guys to a single piece of equipment. And then there’s Greg Koch. He’s a totally different piece of equipment. Keep doing what you do. You do it very well.
Love , peace and happiness in the New Year.

  • The Monty's pickups section just highlights how meticulous Matt is with everything. What a wonderful set of hands!

  • Idea for a show – Is it easier to make a Fender sound like a Marshall, or a Marshall sound like a Fender?

  • I saw Greg Koch at a guitar show a few years ago. I discovered he was nine feet tall.
