Best 8 String Metal Guitar VST Plugin for Thall, Djent and Metalcore?
Sometimes a drummer vocalist or bassist has the creativity to write great metalcore guitar riffs without knowing how to play guitar. Today I’m using @NativeInstruments new Electric Storm Deluxe guitar VST plugin to create the djent, deathcore, metalcore demo song you hear in this episode. We’ll do a deep dive and find it’s strength and weaknesses and see if any of them really matter.

Is there a way you could create some nice riffs and distribute them to the public, that doesn’t play a real guitar a good as you do and would take weeks just to reproduce the cool riffs you already put into your demo song?

the tone gives late Y2K vibes i don't know why

Sounds way more artificial than Axure or Odin 3 tbh.
Cool to get more libraries out there, tho.
Too heavy
Great tool for writing or to layer with real guitars.
Just got it today and it's awesome! The pitch bend is only up and down a step. I would like to see the ability to bend down an octave and up a step and/or have independent settings for pitch bend up and down.
This is useful for other band members, i never thought of that. Needs a Pinch Harmonic capability. This will save Guitarist from being replaced lol. I wonder if the band Fractalize uses this type of technology to get their unique sound. Do you have a video going over using The Nameless for it's grind pedal through an Otto 11 11? I have both and always preferred the Otto 11 11, and wonder wtf a grind pedal is and what it could do to my 11 11 tone i dialed in.

10:26 Otto's II II II II amp sim making other companies products sound brutal. Maybe disclaimer to get this sound they'll have to get it too.
