Better than Slash?? You don't set the bar very high. Anyway my pick for the best YT guitarist is Max Ostro. This young phenomenal musician rival with the likes of Yingwie Malmsteen, Paul Gilbert and others. His mastery of techniques AND emotion is unrivaled. Check it out.

There are many extremely talented and accomplished guitarists, but Tom Bukovac's overall musicality is completely off the scale. Watch his Homeskoolin' channel, he is absolutely incredible !

I think the best player I've heard on youtube is Chris Buck. He actually has a really distinct sound and is a really good dude. A lot of the "influencer" dudes all wind up sounding the same but he really sticks out and does his own thing. I bet you'd like him if you heard him.
